Join us every Saturday morning at the iconic Crystal Palace National Sports Centre for our Drop-In Swim and Strength & Conditioning sessions, designed to support and elevate competitive swimmers aged 11–17. From 8:30 to 10:00am, swimmers will train in the pool with Sam Minster, a highly experienced coach who brings a performance-driven yet supportive approach. These sessions are ideal for swimmers looking to enhance their current club training—Sam is happy to incorporate sets from your club coaches (just email them in advance). Whether you're chasing PBs or fine-tuning technique, this is a great way to stay sharp and motivated.

Immediately following the swim, Sam also leads a targeted Strength & Conditioning session, focused on mobility, flexibility, core stability, and injury prevention—essential components of long-term athlete development. These land-based sessions are designed to complement the morning’s water work and build the physical foundation needed for powerful, efficient swimming. Offered together for just £25, this combined training opportunity gives young swimmers a competitive edge in a fun and focused environment.
